A GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF THE HIGHWAY CODE IS ESSENTIAL

A good knowledge of road signs, road lines and the must and must not rules of the highway code will greatly assist your practical learning. Students who have a full knowledge of the highway code are more likely to be successful at CBT.

To take your full bike test you need to have a current CBT (DL196) certificate and passed your motorcycle theory test. Theory tests are conducted at DVSA Approved centers across the country, the Theory test itself is designed to test your knowledge of the highway code, road signs etc. The test is all computer based and is multiple choice. A hazard perception video follows the test and is designed to asses how you would react in some road scenarios.

Learning the highway code is now easier than ever with this bespoke DVSA approved e-learning package. e-learning provides tutorials for each section of the theory test. Including background information and reference's to the Highway Code and the DVSA "Learning to Ride" publications. The e-learning test questions are identical to the ones used during the Motorcycle Theory Test. The Hazard Perception Clips are identical too! There are an unlimited amount of times you can attempt the provided mock tests. Then when you are ready book your own test on line.
