Our Motorcycle Maintenance Classes are back for 2020! The course comprises of 5 evening sessions taking you through all aspects of basic motorcycle maintenance upon completion of the course you will be given a DVSA Enhanced Rider Scheme certificate in Motorcycle Maintenance. Additional Modules are available at the end of the courses covering more advanced aspects of Motorcycle Repair which can be tailored to suit your bike. 


The 5 modules of the course comprise of: 

Session 1: Routine Maintenance such as Safety Checks, Chain Cleaning/Lubrication, Cable Lubrication, Fluid Checks etc

Session 2: Chassis and Frame such as Wheel Bearing Checks/Changes, Shock Absorber Pivot Lubrication etc

Session 3: Engine Servicing such as Oil and Filter Changes, Air Filter Changes, Basic Valve Clearances etc

Session 4: Braking System such as Fluid Changes, Bleeding Brakes, Changing Brake Pads/Shoes

Session 5: Electrical Systems such as Basic Fault Diagnosis and Preventative Maintenance


At the end of each session we have the tools used during the sessions available to purchase to help you build you own small home workshop. The courses run with a Maximum Class Size of 3 due to the current social distancing regulations. 

Courses are taught by an Institute of Motor Industry Qualified Motorcycle Mechanic and our IMI approved Motorcycle Workshop.
